*The Headlines:  *

In the role of Sr. Electrical Maintenance Technician working in Watertown, Wisconsin you will be part of the Brewing Innovation and Quality Team.  Youwillprovide safe execution of Watertown Hops asset care responsibilities with ownership of the electrical systems.

This position reports to Sr. Operations and Sale Manager _ _ and works closely with Asset Care and Resource Technicians, Chemical Process Engineers, and Quality Managers.

The Responsibilities: _ _

  • Identifying and completing projects that will improve plant operations' safety, quality, and efficiency.

  • Plant technical ownership and execution of regulatory programs, including, but not limited to, NFPA 70E, PSM, and ARM programs. 

  • Preventive, predictive, and calibration of maintenance of plant equipment

  • Programming and optimizing of process improvements as well as breakdown support and troubleshooting using PLC Logics 5000, Factory Talk Servers, and RSView.

  • Management responsibilities for the plant Factory Talk and Rslogics servers.

  • Manage High Voltage feed and MCC plant power distribution, including the substation

  • Electrical Project Management

*The Other Qualifications: *

  • You have a Technical degree in Journeyman Electrician OR equivalent experience (5+ years) in the field of Industrial PLC and Server Training

  • You possess an Electrical Journeyman License

  • Knowledge of intrinsically safe barriers between rated and not rated areas of highly flammable chemicals

  • Knowledge and skill of the OHSA Process Safety Management for highly flammable chemical

  • Knowledge, Skill and the ability to work on High Voltage Equipment and Substations

  • Knowledge of OHSA Ammonia Refrigeration Management Program (ARM)

  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
