Google Industry Manager, Enterprise (Fixed-Term Contract) in Warsaw, Poland

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment or marketing role.

  • 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.

  • Ability to communicate in Polish and English fluently, to work with external customers in the Polish market.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in building relationships and influence with C-level executives.

  • Knowledge of the CPG/Finance/Automotive Poland market ecosystem.

  • Understanding of media businesses and management operations.

  • Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills.

  • Passionate about YouTube and it's ads solutions, along with exposure in performance solutions.

  • Own a portfolio of Enterprise clients, navigate across regional and global account teams.

  • Build effective and sustainable relationships with clients, media, and creative agencies and able to influence them to drive growth strategies for clients and Google.

  • Analyze data trends/client performance and develop strategic client account plans.

  • Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of Google’s products and services.

  • Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to serve as an advocate at events and conferences. Advocate for product releases internally and externally.
