Job Overview

This role is a business process expert in inventory controls within EEMEA and will focus on transforming the process and management of inventory E2E as part of JDE deployment. Coordinates processes for inbound and outbound logistical operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products. Controls the commercial impact of the complete range of activities from receiving, locating and dispatching, sourcing, purchasing and optimizing inventory levels. Advices on and monitor an effective system that meets the organization's inventory control needs through efficient transportation of raw materials, component parts and/or finished goods.

What you will do

  • Design and implement strategies in collaboration with the operations team for effective inventory control management that align with the company´s goals.

  • Continually assess and improve inventory control processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste and optimize cost-effectiveness.

  • Identify opportunities for improving analytics methodologies and processes to drive more efficient and effective insights and outcomes with a focus on operational activities.

  • Collaborate with IT and business as part of the ERP implementation to improve our inventory management system, processes and tools.

  • Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues in inventory records including adjustments based on physical count results, damages or returns.

  • Engage with necessary teams to define a strategy around cycle counting, Long term and short term consignment by improving our tools and processes.

  • Be actively engaged in the ERP implementation and follow up projects to increase our data accuracy and inventory tracking.

  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement opportunities related to data visibility and KPI tracking for the management teams.

What you need
