The Logistic Process Engineer for Radiometer is responsible for sustainability and will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to reduce environmental impact, improve resource efficiency, and promote sustainable practices within our organization.

This position is part of the Distribution Center located in Stargard and will on-site, with the possibility of hybrid. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including management, operations, and facilities teams, to foster a culture of sustainability and drive collective action towards sustainability goals.

  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, materials, and processes to support sustainability goals.

  • Develop engineering solutions and design systems to optimize resource utilization, minimize waste generation, and reduce environmental impact.

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sustainability progress.

  • Stay abreast of relevant environmental regulations, standards, and certifications.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Development or related field.

  • Proven 2-3 years experience in sustainability engineering, environmental consulting or related roles.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on developments in sustainability practices and technologies.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Sustainability assessment tools, such as life cycle assessment (LCA) and carbon footprinting.

  • Familiarity with sustainability standards and certifications (e.g., LEED, ISO 14001).
