Job Description

Recruitment:

  • Support recruitment activities for across Asia Pacific and all manufacturing plant-related roles up to Senior Manager level hiring not limiting to Engineers, Technicians, bulk hiring of Operators & more etc.

  • Source prospective candidates utilizing various methods including social recruiting channels, networking, direct sourcing, etc.

  • Handle interview arrangements and interview evaluation follow-up

  • Manage hiring expectations, offers through to offer letter acceptance

  • Recruitment dashboard and status monitoring and tracking

  • Manage onboarding process, documentation for HR P-filing

  • Assist with recruitment events and programs

  • Assist with recruitment process workflow improvements

  • Work closely with HR teams on recruitment processes and hand over of new hires after system onboarding.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

  • Min 8 years’ in-house recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.

  • Experience recruiting for Semiconductor or Electronics industry.

  • Good to have experience in managing bulk hires (e.g. operators) etc.

  • Good to have some HR experience as generalist or advisory-related roles.

  • Ability to manage all levels of stakeholders (e.g. Engineers, Managers, Department Heads etc.)

  • Able to multi-task and willing to manage recruitment documentation

  • Strong communication, coordination and follow up skill.

  • Highly driven individual who is able to work independently.

  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
