What you will do
Reporting to the Southeast Asia Finance Manager, the role will be responsible to support the FP&A consolidation for South East Asia, validate and minimize unbilled, unpaid and outstanding billings from the Distributors, as well as adherence to contract terms and conditions, and to supervise the controls and compliance activities of the distributor markets
Key Responsibilities
In this capacity, the Senior Finance Associate will:
- Financial Analysis, Consolidation and Reporting:
Support and consolidate SEA markets for the budget, quarterly forecasts, long range plans and business reviews activities
Drive data quality and integrity in Hyperion, SAP, and Anaplan and ensure all reporting systems are consistent and accurate
Prepare monthly/quarterly sales, operating expenses, and headcount reports for SEA markets for internal financial reporting, business functions review and leadership team decision making
Monitor actual and forecast and perform variance analysis
Deliver continuous improvement to finance reporting through digital automation, streaming workflows and improve efficiency
- Compliance:
Conduct annual IICC testing and ensure compliance with IICC and policies in distributor markets
Ensure distribution agreements are up to date
Be familiar with the distribution agreements and work with SEA Finance Associate to ensures any reconciliations, credit/debit note process, billing & settlements are adhered to in a timely manner
Support quarter-end closing activities for the distributor markets
- Other key responsibilities:
Support on various review slides preparation
Support ad hoc finance analysis and activities
Timely and accurate response to requests from the SEA Finance team and other business partners
Take part in local and regional projects such as business systems implementations and process improvements
Ensure implementation and adherence to corporate and local guidelines and policies
Ensure all company data is collected, derived and consolidated from all departments in order to produce reliable reporting
Support SEA process improvement, simplification, and automation in any FP&A areas

What we expect of you
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance
Big 4 audit experience preferred or 3+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Working knowledge of IS systems (including demonstrated capability of SAP, Hyperion, Tableau and Anaplan as a plus).
Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency
Ability to work within a team, handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines
Detail-oriented, problem solving with clear and proven organizational skills
Fluency in English, both in written and verbal communication
