CBRE is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing and Events intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive CBRE brand and our leadership position in the real estate services industry. You will be required to provide support in the planning, research, coordinating and executing various marketing events and initiatives to promote CBRE and its’ services.

This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in events management, content creation and design.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to brainstorm new and creative concepts for events

  • Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of client events (including design support for branding assets, as well as editing/vetting of content assets i.e., presentation decks/speeches/landing pages)

  • Support the development and implementation of attendee engagement strategies to enhance client experience and drive participation

  • Determine areas of improvement in events to provide greater value to our clients

  • Participate in team discussions and debriefs (if any)

  • Stay abreast of the latest content and trends in events

  • Be part of the team and share your thoughts, opinions and ideas

Requirements

  • Must have existing work authorization to work in Singapore

  • Currently pursuing a local polytechnic diploma in preferably Marketing/Communications, Business, Hospitality/Tourism Management or Events Management related field

  • Able to commit full time internship (5 days work weeks) from Sept - Nov 2024

  • Have strong organizational and planning skills.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and design software (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite)

  • Enjoys working with numerous people across cultures day-to-day

  • Self-starter with a good attitude towards learning and a desire to keeping abreast with new developments in technology

  • Attention to detail is key.
