What the day will look like

  • Client R etention: lead and support the management of key client account relationships, including client strategy and execution. The aim being to increase trade credit retention , growth and value impact across the Asia client portfolio.

  • Growth: manage and develop the Asia Trade Credit pipeline [inbound and proactive origination] in coordination with the Credit Solutions leadership.

  • Relationship management: interact with various stakeholders across client , insurer and Aon organization s including credit management, finance, treasury and c-suite. Be technically experienced and capable to lead and manage detailed negotiations and conversations including Commercial, Risk and Claims matters.

  • Broking: strategic (including Executive) engagement with the insurance market to obtain optimal client solutions across the full trade credit insurance lifecycle. This includes being an escalation channel to insurers for the Asia Trade Credit portfolio.

  • United approach: learn and understand the Aon story to articulate how we help clients make better decisions, across credit and the wider risk capital and human capital solution lines.

  • Team: collaborate with country, regional and global colleagues to bring the best of Aon to clients. This will include participation in client planning, strategy and execution.

  • Digital & systems : use the Aon platforms [including pipeline management, broking and talent systems].

  • Compliance: ensure compliance with Aon processes and code of business conduct.

  • Development: aligned with the Delivering Aon United models follow the objectives agreed with your manager.

  • As a Director in the Asia regional team, you will be part of the Credit Solutions global specialty, which includes the Trade Credit, Structured Credit, Political Risk and Surety solution lines.

  • The primary goal is to provide strategic client leadership and retain/grow new Trade Credit business across Asia, in alignment with Country, Regional and Global colleagues.
