As a Partner Account Manager in our Talent Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer reach and impact across Philippines, Thailand and South Korea. Your primary objective will be to accelerate our business growth by cultivating strong relationships and driving strategic engagement with new/existing channel partners and agencies.

This is a quota-carrying role. You will recruit, develop and manage new/existing channel partners effectively, co-develop annual business plan, activity and attainment together to meet revenue goals. You will serve as a trusted and strategic resource for all things LinkedIn and transform our partners into LinkedIn evangelists.

Responsibilities

  • Deep expertise and passion about HR Tech and HR industry, demonstrate ability to evangelize the benefits and lead client & partner C-level engagements around Digital Transformation

  • Channel Sales experience with proven success in recruiting and developing new partners, ideally within HR Tech, Digital Learning ecosystems

  • Develop an ecosystem of GTM Channel Partners for Talent Solutions in the 3 markets specified above.

  • Work closely with internal sales reps and collaborate on deals to drive incremental revenue for the business

  • Develop and manage joint business planning exercises with channel partners – including but not limited to maintain a healthy pipeline, qualifying deals and keeping a high deal velocity, required to run regular cadence forecast calls with channel partners.

  • Experience in sourcing, qualifying, screening and forming business relationships with channel partners at CXO level

  • Drive success metrics independently in the role – Average length of time to revenue (for new partners), # new partners and #new partner revenue to quota/target, activity to support quota/target (example – prospect calls, meetings, scaled events), partner attrition rate, partner satisfaction rating

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for the territory, gather, document and share competitive information

  • Continue to invest in your teammates, act as a coach and mentor, share your sales experience and knowledge

  • Thrives in a fast-paced culture, enjoys working across cross-cultural and diverse teams

  • Travel required (approximately 20% of the time)

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant channels/ partnership/ business development experience

  • Proven track record in achieving revenue targets through partner management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience and Knowledge of the SEA market

  • Experience with recruiting, digital learning, HR Tech, ERP and HR solutions.

  • Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions with the ability to create fair partnership.

  • Experience of SaaS channel development.

  • Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others

  • Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors

  • Extensive collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
