What the day will look like

  • To maintain smooth and harmonious working relationships with clients, their in-house insurance/reinsurance and broking team, various ceding companies, various insurance service providers and Aon Specialty and servicing teams worldwide;

  • Assist the team in the following areas:

  • Reinsurance broking support

  • Gathering, analysis and management of underwriting information

  • Preparation of client and market presentations

  • Preparation of policy wordings, cover notes and related documents

  • Co-ordination of the invoicing and follow-up of premium collections

  • Co-ordination of Claims processing/documentations/advocacy

  • Co-ordination of Risk Management/Loss Control Programs

  • Assist in the preparation of timely reports as follows:

  • Quarterly schedule of renewals

  • Stewardship reports

  • Renewal reports

  • Claim Bordereaux report

  • To assist develop organic growth opportunities with existing clients including cross-selling other Aon capabilities

  • Assist in the coordination of client meetings, trips and other special requirements

  • Any additional duties/tasks that may be assigned from time to time

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with Risk and Insurance Management/Business/Finance/Sales related curriculum preferred

  • At least one (1) to two (2) years’ experience in a reinsurance or insurance broking or related insurance/reinsurance company;

  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications;

  • Excellent spoken and written communication

  • Spoken and written communication skills in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia/Melayu is an advantage

  • A team player who is able to multi task in a highly pressurized environment & willingness to travel

  • Good relationship development skills, in dealings with both internal and external customers and stakeholders
