What you'll do Collaborate and solution with some of our biggest customers Work with data streams and APIs to provide enhanced automation capabilities Build tools to alleviate support bottlenecks Proactively monitor for improvement opportunities Enhance scalability and performance across the platform What you have 5+ years working in SaaS platforms & technologies Experience planning and implementing architectures for new services or components. Strong grasp of data and system performance and tuning for KPIs An emphasis on back-end development (Java or PHP preferred) Expertise working with SQL and NoSQL data stores (MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB) Solid understanding of Docker or other container orchestration systems Excellent communication skills and an eagerness to collaborate! Bonus Points Experience in consulting and/or customer-facing roles Expertise in building RESTful APIs and microservices Understanding of Scrum / Agile Methodologies Experience working with extremely large data sets Affinity for APM and monitoring tools (New Relic, Wavefront, Vivid Cortex) Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data-Driven Science, or a related discipline Experience with AI and GenAI Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
