Insight Global Entry Level - IT Analyst in San Antonio, Texas

Job Description

An employer is looking for an IT Production Analyst in the San Antonio area This is an entry-level position and the ideal candidate will either be fresh out of college or has only been out 1-2 years. The Analyst will create, retrieve, inspect and maintain all files that will be uploaded into the database. The analyst will follow all tasks set before them and understand all FTP's (File transfer protocols). The IT Production Analyst will work closely with all Project Coordinators to ensure all files from clients are complete and functional. The Analyst will also work with Skip Tracing. This is tracking down/locating people who have been sent a fee or fine and have moved recently. All skillsets will be taught in training. On a daily basis the IT Production Analyst will be given a task list and once all tasks are completed they will help out where it's needed. They will also run FTP live load tests on the database to ensure all files are correct with no error. The employer is a Fees and Fines organization that is nationwide. They promote from within and the Director of Fees and Fines started out in this role.

-Administrative or clerical work background

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Promotion driven for Software Development or Quality Assurance testing careers
