Learn more about us at https://www.hawkinsinc.com/careers/ ABOUT THE JOB Responsibilities: Maintenance and improvements of the Specifications, Product Data Sheets and Certificates of Analysis JDE Formula, BOM, and Quality Module support. Data entry and set up of new products. Creation and validation of newly generated Product Data Sheets as new products are created. Manage Certificate of Analysis system, (Quality Module and COA APP) Annual specification and COA review. Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies on documentation. Work across multiple teams, (Sales, Quality, Technical, and Product Data Management) to answer questions and requests for further information on different products, and processes. ABOUT YOU Bachelor's of Science in a technical fields, (i.e. Engineering, Chemisty, Biology) required. Familiarity with regulatory compliance organizations (i.e. FDA, EPA, Dept. of Agriculture, etc.) Strong understanding of chemicals and manufacturing processes. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Must demonstrate active listening, problem solving, and relationship skills. Must demonstrate the ability to work independently. Physical Requirements: Ability to wear and use protective gear as required by safety regulations when touring manufacturing floors.
