We are looking for an Industrial Automation field engineer to be hired with a permanent contract in our division Customer Service. He / She will be act as a guide in industrial automation development, commissioning & maintaining at customers site in South of Italy.

Your Challenge

Your mission will be to complete technical -oriented service tasks of various scopes and supports in planning and handling these tasks.

Your main activities:

· Complete broad scope of technical tasks including installation/commissioning, maintenance and evaluation of customers equipment and systems among others.

· Determine priorities of tasks and actions and schedules measures accordingly.

· Support customer remotely and onsite and provide 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issues.

· Contribute to or conducts the maintenance and improvement of internal tools, equipment, processes, and data repositories.

· Enforce to relevant processes and regulations.

· May handle sub-contractors and monitors delivery.

· May be involved in technical design and developments for service offerings.

To be a perfect fit for this role, you have:

· Knowledge and work experience with drive techniques, electric motors, motion control, PLC, HMI & SCADA;

· Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (use, configuration, diagnostic tools).

· Knowledge of Win CC and WinCC OA SCADA systems,

· Good familiarity with structured programming,

· Bachelor/master’s degree in electrical/automation/electronic or equivalent experience

· Passion to never-stop growing

· Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge

· Proficiency in English and Italian

· Eligibility to work in Italy

· Available for travels

· Knowledge of high level programming languages (preferably C++ and Java) not to be used in a daily work but will be a plus;
