Parsons Corporation Procurement and Contract Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Procurement and Contract Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to manage and direct all procurement functions on a large domestic or international project, including purchasing, expediting, supplier data control, supplier quality, and traffic.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide management and direction for the procurement function on large projects, covering purchasing, expediting contract process

  • Review, and draft RFP to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and quality requirements.

  • Coordinate procurement activities with clients, project management, and internal departments.

  • Participate in the Company’s Quality Improvement Process and promote technical excellence.

  • Develop partnership agreements with suppliers to meet quality and performance standards.

  • Establish and maintain Contract and Procurement Department policies and procedures.

  • Conduct performance evaluations, recommend promotions/salary actions, and provide training and development.

  • Complete special assignments as required by the Department Manager - Procurement.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

  • 15+ years of experience in procurement activities on global engineering and construction projects, including managerial experience.

  • Extensive experience in all aspects of procurement and proven managerial capability.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
