Your Role & Team in a Nutshell

As a Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to Customer Services, Sales, Marketing, and Finance departments. Your primary duties will involve reviewing and auditing price requests within your designated area of responsibility to ensure timely completion and minimize any potential disruptions to customer satisfaction and business operations. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in upholding governance rules pertaining to pricing, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards. You’ll join a team of 7 people, based in multiple locations within EMEA region.

We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

Pricing Analyst’s area of responsibilities

SAP Pricing database maintenance:

• Implementing pricing and promotion, advising and following EMEA standard processes

• Interpret the pricing data to ensure that the discount structure and promotions are adhered to by theGlobal Business Units GBU,

• Providing support in relation to harmonisation initiatives across GBU’s and Countries,

• To support the flow of price requests between requestors, approvers, and the pricing team,

• Ensuring the validation of any Pricing Requests in line with the pricing hierarchy and consistency with GBU/Countries strategy

Reporting/Compliance

• Conduct both local market and CS pricing team audits in line with Audit requirements,

• To support PR Tool performance analysis and reporting.

Customer & Material Data

• Provide advice and approval on changes for pricing related customer and material master fields.

What You’ll Need

Minimum:

• Fluent English

• Good excel skills – formulas, Vlook ups, etc

• Logical & Analytical thinking,

• Ability to solve problems,

• Agility to link requests to appropriate processes, practices, and rules.

• Knowledge of the GBU pricing structures for the GBUs within area of responsibility

Your advantage:

• Working knowledge of Customer Services, data management

• SAP experience
