Job descriptionBeyond TalentEdge is currently recruiting for a Fulfillment Specialist- for our Fine Jewelry client.Apply NOW to be considered.OFFICE HOURS - 8AM - 5:30PM and weekly schedule subject to change during sales, busy season and events with possibility of weekends, may need to be available over certain holidays; 8am-8pmJob Type: Full-time and Part-time openingsResponsibilities - include but are not limited to:Fill incoming ordersPick and pack all ordersPrepare shipping boxes and supplies dailyMaintain packaging suppliesHandling fulfillment supportSupply restockerCardboard recyclerShip orders using shipping softwareHelping Quality Control for outgoing shipments and incoming returnsUpdating systems and notifying management of damaged returnsReconcile shipping and delivery delays and exceptionsUnderstanding of product offeringRequirements:1-3 years of experience in retail inventory, retails sales, prior jewelry experience, fulfillment or stock control would be nice but not required.Energetic, Team player, can-do-positive- attitude, no task too small- assist and supports colleagues as needed.Excel and Mac computers, Office and Google Suite preferred.Ability to adhere to specific process/step by step fulfillment procedure.Clear communication skillsMust be highly organized, proactive and ability to prioritize.Understands working in a fast-paced environment with ability to multi-task without sacrificing details or quality of work.Ability to lift bags/boxes or packaging materials.Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.Bachelors Degree or Associates PreferredPERKSBonus incentives for meeting packing goalsMeals provided at work for days working overtimeStocked kitchen with various snacks and beveragesGenerous discount on our Fine JewelryBeyond TalentEdge is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
