We are seeking a Lead Food Production Cook to: * Follow all UW Health guidelines and policies regarding food safety and sanitation. * Prepare large volumes of food with a high level of complexity, variety, and quality. * Assess quality and condition of ingredients used in food production and prepare food production reports and documentation. * Train and orient new staff members. * Act as an effective leader for the Culinary Services Department and the organization.
