ABOUT THIS JOB
Field time for this role typically runs from Monday to Friday, starting at 7:30 am and ending at 5:00 pm - no nights! We value work-life balance, so we do our best to keep weekends free. However, there may be occasional Saturday work based on customer needs.
As a member of our team, you conduct meticulous inspections of homes for termites, renew term bond inspections, and skillfully upsell services to existing customers. With great attention to detail, you can identify wood-destroying organisms and pest harborage areas, which allows you to propose additional services and maximize your earnings through commissions. However, it's not just about the technical expertise - every day presents an opportunity for you to embody our commitment to exceptional customer service!
Would you excel in this position? Here's what you need:
High school diploma or equivalent
A valid driver's license
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
Ability to work 40+ hours per week
Experience isn't necessary! We will train the right person.
