FULL TIME / STEADY EXTRA

Provide front counter service to customers. Prepare requested drinks, work with the fellow team members to ensure orders are properly prepared in a timely manner, and efficiently manage the point of sale system.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain knowledge of all menu options, take orders, and serve the prepared items to the guests
  • Accurately follow all cash handling and point of sale system procedures, including but not limited to, cash and comp procedures
  • Ensure all food and drinks are served within health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including countertops, floors, tables, front of house equipment
  • Put items away in a timely manner according to procedure, utilizing proper signage
  • Ensure adequate supplies are available for the shift, including ribbons, comp paper, cash drop envelopes and receipt paper
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned
