Adecco is partnered with one of our clients, a national leader in their industry, to recruit and hire a skilled Marketing Manager directly to their team.

Are you passionate about translating marketing strategies into tangible results? In this role, you'll be the quarterback for projects within marketing and brand strategy. By working closely across departments, you'll ensure the smooth execution of products, programs, and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Brand Awareness and Sales: Develop marketing communication tools to increase brand awareness and support specific sales activities. Conduct market research to identify competitor strategies and develop differentiation tactics.

  • Develop Marketing Launch Plans: Create comprehensive marketing plans for products, including communication materials.

  • Collaborate on Product Development: Identify and assist with the development of products and sales forecasts. Work with Operations to ensure product alignment with program goals and portfolio coordination.

  • Manage Customer Programs: Evaluate and develop customer programs and structures that optimize sales success.

  • Channel Management: Manage the needs of annual tradeshows and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.

  • Background in interior sales based in the multi-family sector strongly preferred.

  • Adept at managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they stay on track and meet deadlines.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals.

  • Excellent skills in planning, analyzing data, and using insights to inform decision-making.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Microsoft Outlook. Familiarity with SmartSheet is a plus.

Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
