US TECH FORCE INC TIG Welder in GREEN BAY, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: US Tech Force is seeking TIGWelders with pressure tank experience for our client in Green Bay who is a custom fabrication company specializing in manufacturing ASME, CE and API certified process and pressure vessels for various national and international industries. Ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities: The ideal candidate must have solid work history. No exceptions. Must also possess a good attitude. Extensive, proven experience welding stainless steel and high alloy steel using MIG and TIG. 75-85% of the work will be done with these metals. Most of the work includes a root TIG weld that is followed by MIG, Flux Core or Sub Arc. Must have strong welding background using GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding/ TIG), GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding/MIG) (Short Circuit and/or Spray transfer) and FCAW (Flux Cored Arc Welding). Must be able to perform open root 6G welds with GTAW. Fabrication experience is a plus Blueprint reading and ability to read weld symbols and tape measures is required Welding will happen on large projects throughout the shop so ability to crawl through manways to enter confined space and ability to climb ladders is required. Operation of overhead cranes or forklifts, general hand tools, and air powered grinders are the typical equipment. 5 years\' experience in an ASME or API tank manufacturing shop preferred. Welding diploma and/or related tech training is highly desirable. Wage: \$15.00 - \$17.00/hour, based on experience Typical Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:00 am 3:00 pm, Monday thru Thursday and 6:00 am 12:00 pm, Friday Benefits:US Tech Forcecontract employees are eligible for referral, performance, safety and attendance bonuses.
