Lockheed Martin Financial Transformation & Data Apprentice / Lvl 3 / FL or TX in Grand Prairie, Texas

Description: Must be located near a Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control facility.

Exciting opportunity to join our Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control’s Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) Functional Transformation team! This role will be a key part of an empowered team charted with transforming the way we work today, by seeking opportunities where digital technology, upskilling & other transformation resources can drive increased collaboration, process efficiency and automation, while ensuring alignment with 1LMX goals.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to serve as the lead for MFC F&BO’s Digital Ninja platform, where transformation ideas & efforts are captured. The Digital Ninja lead will own all aspects of the platform, from maintain a network of transformation partners across all F&BO functions, hosting meetings with these partners, assisting with transformation workshops, development, and sustainment of a Tableau Dashboard for transparency as well as, metrics capture and benefit reporting.

Additionally, the candidate will closely work with the team’s Transformation Specialist and Chief Data Steward, serving as an apprentice to both roles.

In support of MFC F&BO’s digital transformation objectives the Financial Transformation & Data Apprentice will aim to connect employees across functions, LOB’s, and programs to drive standard process solutions and automation. The ideal candidate for this role will be a champion of change, whom has a strong digital and growth mindset, with a drive to significantly contribute to the transformations and 1LMX activities that will reshape Finance & Business Operations.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Demonstrated passion for organizational change and transformation

Flexible and adaptable; able to work autonomously in ambiguous and changing settings

Able to work in a geographically dispersed, hybrid team

Effective presenter before Senior Leadership and/or large audiences

Ability to generate and deliver compelling messaging both directly and on behalf of others

Ability to establish and maintain broad networks and working relationships outside of the F&BO function

Demonstrated problem solving ability (identifies problems and develop and implement out of the box solutions)

Desired Skills:

Exposure to multiple F&BO roles and leaders

Experience using modern data and collaborative tools (Tableau, Power Query, Slack, Confluence)

Data Visualization and process automation experience

Growth Mindset

Change Leadership & Learning

Design Thinking/Lean Six Sigma/Agile experience

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
