Job Description

You are dynamic, analytical, results oriented. You have initiative, communication and negotiation skills, ability to find solutions, and perseverance to carry out your tasks. You want to put negotiation techniques into practice. You enjoy teamwork and master collaborative tools (Excel, Word, ERP, Teams, Sharepoint) and have a good level of English, essential for daily exchanges with Group entities internationally and suppliers abroad. Your dedication and curiosity in the field of purchasing will allow you to gain autonomy in the position.

Your mission:

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager of Projects within the group's purchasing department:

For the projects assigned to you.

For each of these projects, you will be part of a team for which you will be responsible for procurement activities. You will primarily work with our R&D, industrialization, and quality departments, and serve as the liaison with our subcontractors during the industrialization of new products or production transfers.

You will oversee all stages of the purchasing process, from bid management, supplier selection, contracting, industrialization to the delivery of pre-production parts.

You will consult with suppliers according to the purchasing strategy and following the purchasing procedures of the quality management system, in line with project objectives (risk management, costs, deadlines, quality).

You will lead the Make or Buy approach within the framework of RFQs (request for quotation, synthesis, and conducting reviews with suppliers and internally).

You will formalize the relationship according to the contract or the general and specific purchasing conditions, respecting performance objectives.

The position is located at the Granada site - Spain. Frequent travel is anticipated at suppliers in Spain or both in France and abroad.
