Your Challenge:
As a Cybersecurity Engineer in our Customer Services division, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and security of industrial systems. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Design Solutions: Implement robust measures to protect critical systems and data within industrial manufacturing environments
Technical Excellence: Execute a wide range of technical tasks, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and system evaluation.
Prioritization: Determine task priorities and schedule actions accordingly.
Customer Support: Provide second and third-level user support both remotely and on-site.
Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing internal tools, processes, and data repositories.
Compliance: Enforce relevant processes and regulations.
Collaboration: Coordinate with sub-contractors and monitor project delivery.
Innovation: Participate in technical design and development for service offerings.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit:
Cybersecurity Expertise: Proven experience in cybersecurity and familiarity with industrial networking and related norms.
Educational Background: Degree in cybersecurity, automation, electronics, computer science, telecommunications, or electrical engineering.
Customer Focus: You’re oriented toward delivering exceptional service to our clients.
OT Knowledge: General understanding of OT technologies (SCADA, PLCs, HMIs).

Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Italian.
Eligibility: Authorized to work in Italy.
