Job Description:

Incumbent is responsible for supporting the Syndications team within Global Leasing to include:

  • Preparing Confidential Information Memorandums on syndicated transactions and facilitating the gathering of critical deal information and launching on Syndtrak.

  • Evaluating the creditworthiness of companies involved in potential syndication transactions. Includes reviewing, spreading and analyzing financial condition, generating credit questions, obtaining rating agency, analyst and other third-party reports.

  • Helping answer investor credit questions and addressing investor requests on new transactions.

  • Preparing pitch books and term sheets on syndicated transactions.

  • Assisting syndicators in pricing and structuring transactions.

  • Assisting in the servicing of existing transaction and handling requests from investors in this regard.

  • Reviewing transactions in Global Leasing’s portfolio including running screening reports, reviewing pricing, reviewing documents and assessing liquidity.

  • Participating in special projects – Salesforce, Sugar, Dealflo, servicing issues, regional bank calling effort, etc.

Required skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified

  • 3+ years of general credit or financial analysis experience.

  • 3+ years of Leasing sales and/or Leasing credit experience.

Desired skills:

  • Excellent analytical, writing and general communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multitask.

  • Basic knowledge of key aspects of leasing including structuring, pricing, accounting, credit and documentation.

  • Ability to work with many disciplines within the Leasing company and the Bank

  • Exhibit teamwork

  • Proficiency with MS Office software applications
