Location: UCMC Department Department: Holmes Surgery Center Hours: Full time, 40 hours/week Shift: First 7:00 AM -3:30 PM Certified Surgical Technologist, First Shift, Surgery Department UC Health is hiring a full-time Certified Surgical Technologist for the surgery department for the first shift at UC Holmes. $25,000 sign-on bonus! The Surgery Department Surgical Technologist will support the UC Holmes's operating room (OR) and Greater Cincinnati's only Level I Trauma Center, delivering high-quality care to patients based on assessed needs. The major focus is on the scrub role but may also include an assistant circulator role under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Associate degree in surgical technology, preferred degree Years of Experience: 6 months- 2 years of active experience Required Certifications: Must be certified by the Association of Surgical Technologists (AST) and maintain that certification.
