What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI is seeking a Training Lead to provide support for a Voice over IP (VOIP) modernization (VMOD) effort, including unified communications contact center capabilities. As the Training Lead you will be responsible for the full development of the required training activities. More About the Role

  • Accountable for all aspects of VMOD training

  • Responsible for developing a comprehensive tiered Training Plan, including the syllabus for each tier

  • Coordinates and synchronizes training management functions with the customer

  • Assist the customer in assignment of trainees to available classes, coordinate resources to classrooms, and ensure logistics support for classes

  • Coordinates with the customer Training Lead

  • Develop and maintain training materials for each class

  • Coordinate with solution OEM’s to ensure training meets customer requirements

  • Ensure that training materials and programs are current, accurate, descriptive, and tailored for site-specific requirements and constraints

  • Develop materials that adhere to best practice regarding document structure and logic flow

  • Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry

  • Identifies problems and opportunities for improving onsite/remote training

  • Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions

  • Performs other related duties as assigned

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability

  • Knowledge of document and repository management practices

  • Thorough understanding of training processes

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented

  • Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills

  • Strong contextual understanding of technical terminology

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • College degree (B.A./B.S.) in business, finance, liberal arts, or technical discipline (equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of degree)

  • U.S. Citizen with a DOD Secret clearance or higher

  • Professional Experience: at least seven (7) years of related experience working on government contracts

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint

  • Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong work ethic; self-starter

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$62,200-$130,600
