Nestle Environmental Social & Governance (ESG) Reporting Lead Zone EUR in Budapest, Hungary
As an Non Financial Reporting Lead of ESG (Environmental Social & Governance) you will help us to ensure future readiness for Non Financial external regulations. In addition, you will coordinate action plan implementation of gap assessment for new regulations and integration in our Finance & Control (F&C) systems. You will also ensure proper governance and authorization for external disclosures in the Zone, Markets, Categories (including local disclosures e.g. customers or voluntary disclosures).

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT TO WORK ON:
Non Financial Reporting: Ensure readiness in Zone EUR for Non Financial Disclosures and external regulations and assurance of reporting metrics in accordance with Group approval process and governance
Readiness for CSRD/EU taxonomy: Coordinate action plan implementation of gap assessment and integration in our F&C systems
Support Climate risk impact (TCFD) understanding in Zone EUR for Market and Category reporting needs
Support external assurance of NFR (compliance) and local disclosures (e.g. customer requests or due to voluntary corporate communication strategies)
Ensure adherence to Group/Zone approval process for external disclosure of ESG related Non Financial information
Implement and follow up action plans from Audits
Implement and increase ESG F&C capabilities across Zone via trainings and ad hoc documentation to facilitate adoption of new regulations
Subject matter expert for local and Category reporting teams to support their legal and voluntary needs of disclosure to avoid as much as possible the need of additional resources locally
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL:
Willingness to learn and being inspired with ESG and building something new
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders at all levels
Advanced problem solving ability coupled with organizational and planning skills
Experience on external statutory reporting is plus
ESG Finance previous experience is plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work under pressure
Extensive knowledge of SAP & MS Office applications - in particular Excel & PowerPoint
