Job Summary:

Raytheon, an RTX Company, is seeking a Finance Manager for the Constellation Management and Control (CMC) portfolio. This position will directly support the M2C2 program within the CMC portfolio, as the Deputy Finance Manager to the M2C2 program, and provide support to the CMC Finance Manager. We are seeking a hard-working, energetic, and dedicated individual to contribute to the overall success of our programs, as well as provide opportunities for career growth and advancements within the organization and company. In this role, you will have opportunities to work independently as well as collaborate with key functional stakeholders including Program Management to provide leadership and mentoring in financial reporting and processes.

Successful candidates will demonstrate an aptitude for efficiency, problem-solving, and resourcefulness, with a commitment to quality while developing their leadership skills as a key business partner. Successful candidates must also be able to work under deadlines and constraints as well as be able to multitask across a variety of tasks and work with all levels of the organization. This position requires the ability to provide top level program planning and control guidance as well as the ability to summarize, package, and present information to all levels of management as well as execute hands on with the finance team.

Relocation Eligible - Relocation assistance available, provided final candidate meets eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

  • Maintain program management baseline, to include incorporating BCRs, LRE updates, and month-end PMB reconciliation.

  • Generate internal reports on cost and schedule performance for Program Leadership and Control Account Managers.

  • Generate and submit required CDRLs, such as Contracts Funds Status Reports (CFSR) and Contractor Performance Report (CPR).

  • Provide ad-hoc assistance, analysis, and reporting as requested by management and others.

  • Internal corporate reporting requirements such as revenue forecasts and Estimates at Complete (EAC).

  • Prepare program review presentations for Raytheon management and the end customer.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related topic

  • Typically requires 8+ years finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 5+ years prior relevant experience

  • Experience in Program Controls and/or Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel).

  • U.S. Citizenship Status is Required as this position will require the ability to Access US Only Data Systems

  • An active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance (SSBI) is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance

  • Experience with SAP, ForProject, APEX EV, Winsight or similar tools.

  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

  • Ability to interface effectively with Program Management team and other functional organizations.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and impact senior leaders and team members.

  • Demonstrated ability for collaboration in a team environment and lead teams to results.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and task flexibility.

  • Demonstrated a sense of urgency and ability to meet multiple commitments

Additional Information:

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
