Lockheed Martin Multi Function Finance Sr Manager / SAP / Lvl 6 / FL or TX in Arlington, Texas

Description: Senior Manager for Missiles and Fire Control Treasury Services & Systems function. Lead day-to-day operations and special projects related to the Business Area and Business Unit accounting operations and accounting systems. Leads basic and advanced accounting functions including treasury services, banking and collections, cost accounting, journal entry processing and approval, reconciliations, and the analysis of data. Records, classifies, and summarizes financial transactions and events in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Reviews and approves standard journal entries, account reconciliations, and cash forecasts. Provides financial information as required or requested to management. Serves as a day-to-day leader for staff and interns. Leverages various software tools such as spreadsheets and databases to review or create supporting documentation for schedules and journal entries. Works with multiple disciplines to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely conversion of investment to cash. This position will have responsibilities in classified accounting area that require a security clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

BS degree in related discipline;

Master in Business Administration, Taxation, or Accounting degree preferred;

Strong Excel skills;

Working knowledge of SAP ledgers and business processes;

Experience with multiple company codes and instances of SAP;

Month-end close, consolidation, and financial reporting experience

Desired Skills:

Experience with ledger conversions to SAP;

Experience with cash forecasting;

Experience with cost allocation;

Experience with USG Incurred Cost Claim;

CPA or CPA Candidate;

LM development program graduate

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
