Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of integrations between D365 and other business applications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and develop integration solutions that meet business needs.

  • Define integration architecture and design patterns to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of integrations.

  • Evaluate and select integration tools and technologies that best fit project requirements and objectives.

  • Develop and maintain integration documentation, including integration specifications, mapping documents, and technical documentation.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders on integration-related matters.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to ensure data integrity and system stability.

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends related to integration and apply best practices to enhance integration capabilities.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Proven experience in leading integration projects, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations.

  • Strong knowledge of integration technologies and protocols, such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and web services.

  • Experience with integration tools and platforms, such as Azure Logic Apps, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar.

  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as C#, Java, or Python.

  • Solid understanding of data integration patterns, ETL processes, and data migration strategies.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
