Job Description Summary:

As a hands-on Creative Content Producer specialising in video and motion design, you will be the driving force behind the creation of bespoke client-branded product videos that showcase innovative digital solutions. From script writing to post-production, you will manage the entire production process to deliver high-quality, engaging video content.

Mastercard is looking for brilliant and passionate Creative Content Producer to join its customer-facing global R&D / innovation services team – Digital Labs

Mastercard Digital Labs is a rapid-prototyping, piloting, and innovation design services team, working with Mastercard’s global customer base of Fortune 500 companies, and spanning all aspects of global commerce.

Overview:

In this role, you will be a key member of a highly agile and expert team of creatives, SMEs, product development specialists and engineers working to build conceptual prototypes and quick-to-market test & learn projects. You will create rich, engaging stories through video content to bring ideas to life. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a world-class innovation team, dynamically solving real-world customer problems, and delivering transformational product and service solutions focused on globally trending topics and issues.

Role:

• In this role you will be working with an expert team of designers, SMEs, product development specialists and developers to deliver product innovation events at client sites internationally.

• For each project, you’ll work to understand the client and their customer, the problem to be solved, and decide on the best storytelling approach. You’ll be responsible for developing storylines, concepts, storyboards and final video content for new product concepts.

• Be part of product innovation sprints with clients and be a key part of the team in building pitch presentations, advertorial videos, prototypes, and pilots.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

• Ensure all projects are completed on time and to world-class standards.

About You:

You are an experienced creative with hands-on content production skills, and a passion for innovation, technology, and product development.

• Do you enjoy fast-paced dynamic environments?

• Do you have a strong track record in producing compelling product video content and storytelling?

• Do you embrace collaboration and working on your own – delivering new and exciting projects, and learning new technologies (e.g. Web3, Fintech, DeFi)?

• Do you have a passion for product design and technology innovation?

• Do you have a high energy, can-do attitude, strong sense of ownership and desire to succeed?

Technical Skills:

• Strong Motion Design / Video content creation skills

• Fluency in current motion and video editing software (Adobe After Effects and Premiere)

• Camera knowledge and shooting skills

• UI / UX development experience a plus

• 3D experience a plus (Element 3D, Cinema 4D, or Blender…)

• Knowledge of product design process (Wire-framing, Agile, UX prototyping tools, graphics) is a plus
