Boeing is looking to hire Global Engagement Specialists to be based out of Shanghai or Beijing.

As a Global Engagement Specialist which is regarded as one of the field worker positions of Boeing, you will have the opportunity to work with professionals from across the industry and positively impact safety and operations of Boeing flight operations and those of our customers world-wide. In this high visibility position you will interact with pilots, managers, regulators, executives, peers, supporting team personnel, and Subject Matter Experts.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with key industry stakeholders, regulatory authorities, industry bodies, peers, partners and direct reports

  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals

  • Facilitation of industry best practices for operations, training & safety.

  • Consulting activities and assist in customer support.

Required Qualifications:

Experience about Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) .

Experience about Safety Management (SMS).

Experience about airline Safety reviews.

Experience about Flight data monitoring (FDM/FOQA) support.

Experience about Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Fatigue Risk Management (FRMS).

A good relationship builder with excellent communication skills.

Personable, organized with a flair for accuracy, planning, analysis and reporting.

Ability to travel domestic & internationally for more than 50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experienced Technical pilot.

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
