The role is part of the Audience Analytics Centre of Excellence, within the Product and Audience Group. The P&A group is focussed on building worldclass digital experiences and capabilities for realestate.com.au, Australia’s largest property website and app, with over 10 million Australians visiting each month. You’ll be joining a community of talented and passionate analysts to hone your craft and support your career development.

What the role is all about:

The Senior Product Analyst will deliver key insights, highlight product opportunities, and make recommendations to optimise our product experiences and support strategic objectives.

You will work closely with Product and Marketing teams and the Audience Analytics Centre of Excellence to:

  • Derive key Insights for Impact and support decision making for our strategic initiatives and product roadmaps.

  • Communicate insights and recommendations across all verticals through strong visualisation reporting and verbal story telling.

  • Support A/B and multi-variate testing with key Insights and measurement design.

  • Utilise varying analytics solutions such asGoogle Big QueryandAdobe Analyticsto plan and conduct analysis to support Initiatives Including attribution, conversion rate optimisation and user experience.

  • Collaborate with key squads as their business partner, champion data driven decision making and enable self-serve capability.

What we’re looking for

  • AdvancedSQLskills to query and transform data from large databases (I.eGoogle Big Query)

  • Experience withdigital analytics solutions(I.e.Adobe Analytics)

  • Proficiency insoftware languagessuch asPythonand R desirable

  • Experience withforecast modellingsuch as SARIMA andProphetdesirable.

  • Highly skilled inbusiness intelligenceand visualisation solutions such asTableau

  • Exceptionalstorytelling, visualisation, andstakeholder engagementskills to clearly communicate insights

  • Ability to work with our data and tagging teams to ensure we capture and structure required data

  • Experience with A/B &multivariate testing, with good knowledge of best-practices for measurement and Insights.

  • A self-starter who can build effective relationships with stakeholders across all levels and functions within the organisation.

  • Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • High degree of business acumen and strategic thinking desirable
