Position Summary

Our Tube Fitting Division in Lewisburg, Ohio is looking for new Assembler Team Members to help keep the world moving. You will use your hands and machines to build Parker products in a safe and sustainable manner. You must have good technical knowledge and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The goal is to produce complex fittings by putting together smaller components.

Pay

Starting at $16/hr. plus $1/hr. shift premium

Job Type

  • Full-time

  • 3rd Shift (11 p.m. – 7 a.m.) (Sunday evening through Friday morning)

Team Member must be able to work scheduled mandatory overtime when needed

Aspects of Your Work

  • Places parts in specified relationship to each other.

  • Crimp, press, attach and/or install components, cap, pack, label, ship products.

  • Set up and operate various assembly machines (i.e.: crimpers, presses, o-ring machine, etcher, stamper, grinders).

  • Works at different workstations as production needs require.

  • Must understand and follow the component and finished goods supermarket work instructions.

  • Must follow written standard work procedures including all safety and 5S procedures.

Qualifications

  • Accredited High School Diploma/GED

  • Must be able to read and write

  • Must be able to lift or move up to 35 lbs.

  • U.S. Citizen or permanent residency status required

  • Must be competent in basic mathematical skills

  • Must be able to pay attention to detail and precision work such as weighing batches

  • Must be able to adapt to production needs to satisfy customer demands

  • Must be able to wear PPE (steel toed shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection)
