Copeland Customer Service Representative in Lebanon, Missouri

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Manage and resolve customer issues
  • Manage orders and shipping activities between manufacturing plants as well as from a manufacturing plant/distribution center to the customer
  • Manage demand management actions as needed to meet monthly plan including order activities between manufacturing plants, sales team, and external customers
  • Work with the materials group, other Copeland location customer service teams, warehouse personnel, trade compliance, and sales team to meet critical customer needs
  • Ensure accuracy of orders and shipment information in the Oracle systems
  • Monitor shipments to meet monthly demand targets and customer on-time delivery

Schedule: We offer a work-life balance to our employees, general working hours for this position are: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Overtime is paid for hours worked above the normal 40 per week.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:

  • Associate's Degree or 60 hours college credit with 4+ years experience in relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office including email, Excel and Word
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to interface with all levels of management both internal and with external customers
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
  • Legal Authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:

  • Oracle Experience
  • Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
