Provide support to end users on a variety of technical issues. Identify, research, and resolve technical support issues. Deploy computers as part of upgrade schedule. Assist in other IT functions/projects as assigned.

  1. Help desk support

  2. Perform initial setup of new computers and/or upgrades (Windows 7 to 10)

  3. Troubleshoot PC issues

  4. Troubleshoot application issues

  5. Install infrastructure hardware, as needed, including network cables

  6. Backup for other IT functions

  7. Other special IT projects as assigned

• Enrolled in a computer related Associates, Bachelors or VoTech degree program

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of Active Directory

• Experience with Windows 7 and 10

• Basic programming knowledge
