What you will do:

  • Develop EPS, energy saving and decarbonization projects opportunities by customer relationship management, promoting solutions, creating sales proposal, budgeting, contract negotiation, bid preparation, cost estimation.

  • Secure opportunities and receive orders from customers, meeting annual EPS business targets (ie. OI, margin, revenue, etc).

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor or above degree in Engineering or others related field.

  • At least 3 years of related experience in the Energy Efficiency (ESCO) or ESG business.

  • An innovative, bold, and growth mindset finding the most competitive solutions to the need of our customers

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills
