· Trabajaras desde las oficinas del cliente, en su departamento de Helpdesk, reportando al Responsable de Operaciones y al cliente final.

· Elaborarás informes y crearás alertas sobre indicadores clave del servicio.

· Apoyarás al cliente en la detección y solución de problemas.

· Recrearas modelos evolutivos y predictivos.

· Asesoraras al cliente en el éxito de su negocio.

· Formarás parte de las pruebas piloto y nuevas implementaciones.

· Darás soporte técnico en incidencias de alta complejidad.

· Cooperarás en la edición y mantenimiento de manuales técnicos.

· Manejarás entornos virtuales y cloud.

· Dispondrás de las herramientas y plataformas necesarias para hacer efectivo tu trabajo.

· Tendrás soporte y tutela de tu superior directo y compañeros del equipo.

· Convivirás en un entorno multiproveedor, sintiéndote parte activa en el servicio.

· Contarás con la confianza del cliente para sugerir e innovar.

Valoramos un perfil analítico, resiliente, con experiencia en gestión de clientes/recursos, buen manejo de Excel/PBI, inglés nivel técnico y catalán hablado.
